Con la última actualización la app deja de funcionar al utilizar el modo de vuelo en 360 y deja de funcionar se tiene que cerrar la app y volver a conectar mientras está en vuelo. Esto puede causar un accidente para el dron o la pérdida total de control. Actualicen la app por favor.

Keeps crashing after I stop video

I have an iphone 8 and app aleays crashed after I stopped a video. I realised that if you turn off the location for the tello app, it doesnt crash after a short vodeo, but keeps crashing on videos over a minute long. DJI, please fix it.

My tello app hangs after each video and does not respond even after i wait for a while.only option is to close and relaunch the app but then the video is not saved.i am using iphone 8 .please update the app.

Like other users reported, my app freezes when I take a vid through the flight modes. It just doesn’t work. iPhone 7. I just got this drone too :(

Works Great on a Samsung s9 but won’t work I’ve tried iPhone 7 then got a max and still don’t work!

No videos

I can’t get the app to record more than 8sec. video. As soon as I pass that the app freezes, the Tello hovers with not response and the video is lost. I have tried all tips and tricks on the internet but none of them work. Anybody having the same experience?

Needs to be calibrated

I had the same problem with video until I went back to the store where I bought my drone. The owner was knowledgeable (more than Tello Cust Serv) and had the same issue from his iPhone until he went into settings and calibrated my drone mid-flight. Then video recording started to work normally. On my iPhone (X Max) it then worked without any further calibration. This should be fixed or at least mentioned in the manual. And tech support should know about this at the least! Even better would be a software update that would calibrate automatically, to relieve us of all this frustration. The drone itself is awesome for the size and price.

Every time. Not able to save videos... Pretty major flaw. Drone itself is fun so if they can fix that issue this becomes 5 stars.
