Freeze app while recording on tello

The app freezes when recording a video. Have to restart de app again to have control of my tello, now when taking pictures it does the same thing, other than that, the wifi conections lost at 25 feet apx. I used iphon 5se, 6,7,,ipad mini 4, all of those ones have the same isue Please fix it. Other functions works well

Video won’t work. Sounds like this has been an issue for a while as I have been googling solutions online and people have this problem with different phones, iPhone and android. I have the original iPhone X and when I try to create a video the app will freeze. Pictures work but not video. The Tello is a great product but the fact that it can’t do video and the fact no one has fixed anything for months is quite troublesome.

The app just go of like 5 times when flying the Tello and the video don’t work you don’t see it in the app after stop recording, this is so annoying

I just got this as an early Christmas gift, and while it flies great - the video keeps freezing. Clearly this has been an issue for a couple of months. If it isn’t fixed soon I’ll be forced to return the product.
Mostly good but deal-breaker bug

The app is mostly good, with the exception of the altitude/rotate control not working sometimes. However, the main feature of this drone/app, taking videos, does not work. Videos do not save. Stopping a recording causes the app to crash and video to be lost. Total deal breaker. It’s a fun toy without the video, and that is all. Fixing the video issue would make this a great value.

Just bought the drone and installed the latest version of the app and haven’t had any issues taking videos or app freezing. Looks like they fixed the bugs just in time for Christmas

Tello would not connect after update. Contacted support and told to reset WiFi by pressing power button for 5s. G2g now. Excellent chat support from RyzeTech.
Video Issues and Over-Heating problems.

Major video problems, app crashes when trying to record video. And no video material is saved. Please address this problem ASAP! Also, Tello, has an over-heating problem, will shut down, when it is on for over 3 or 4 minutes, I guess it needs a little fan installed.

Read the policy. They require you to consent to massive information collection. On top of that they require consent to them tracking your opening, forwarding, and deleting of your email messages, regardless of whether the email has to do with them. I don’t know how this product works because I can’t consent to that massive privacy intrusion.
