Very poor app. The search feature has not been working for multiple weeks now.
“Tech”Crunch is like that skinny guy who chain smokes , drinks and eats junk food , while preaching a Healthy life style , exercises etc ... Your app is an unacceptable piece of “Tech” and its been like that for ever since . Last time i tried to use it , it was about 3 years ago . After realizing that it just simply crashes , doesn't load , not even the search bar working properly. I deleted it next day. Now here we are 3 years later and nothing change ... What a shame for not been able to create a normal working app in such a period of time .
The app is worse than mobile web, buggy and seems like it was thrown together in a week or two and it’s been like this for the couple years i’ve used it. - no images or videos in posts, and no reference to them, so you’ll miss out on most of the content - images on the top news at the top are cut off awkwardly and often crop the entire subject of the image - top news stories sometimes don’t change for 3 days. has nothing happened in tech in 3 days? reminds me of school projects. super frustrating
I can see why people gave this a low review, because the app is really terrible and you might as well not read news than going through the troubles I did. Took me forever to sign up for extra crunch membership, and when I finally managed to finish the payment (switched to a browser), this app won’t even show EC articles within the app. It redirects you to their web version. The web version was not user friendly, that’s why I downloaded this app. So turns out all of my effort is a waste of time.
