Any idea when we’ll get a redesign?

Latest update crashing

elguante

On iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.2. Can't open any article

Glitchy

Dougp757

New version freezes occasionally when tapping a story from the main feed

Good news, crashing tho

Fatbody5000

Crashes every time today. A great source of news otherwise!

What did you do?

SandHillMonty

You took the 2.x app and stripped away the usable presentation... now you have stark one-line titles and no body text. Love the amazing whitespace throughout the page. And the cute article images are smaller and at the far right. Oh and you took away offline mode?

Saved Articles Gone in new version

Candy crush old timer

Well i love the graphics of the new post iOS11 version. But someone should ‘ve warned that all the saved articles will simply disappear!!!!

Poor upgrade

Billie g.

All apps need to upgrade them selves. The trick is keeping what works and jettisoning what doesn’t work and offering important improvements. The new upgrade is confusing and contains loading problems. I usually usually enjoy upgrades but the recent TechCrunch is just awful.

Hate the new app

Ethan Anderson

It limits how many stories you can read. It’s also much more difficult to scan headlines for stories of interest. Some stories don’t load any content when you click on them. -Ethan Anderson, former TechCrunch50 Winner

“Click here to view this content”

Iphoneplayer

In many articles that try to import images or tweets from a 3rd party, you get hit with a large area that says “Click here to view this content”. So you click it and it takes you to the exact same article, but on TechCrunch’s site with the images now visible. Lolwut! Some articles have lime 3-4 of these things. Whoever’s idea this was should be fired.

Middling

jdczerwonka

Long time reader bc the articles are interesting, but the app always has some problem or another that prevents you from reading content. At the moment, for most articles, I can only read a few paragraphs and then the rest of article won't display. This is not a connection issue and I'm using the most up to date version of the app.
