El peor regalo que le pude hacer a mi hija primera no andaba segundo es muy complicado para activarlo. Pensé q solo activabas el aparato y ya veías historias pero no Tenes q usar tu celular o tu iPad para poder hacerlo andar la verdad la peor porqueria q podría aver comprado y gaste $100 y algo q no sirve

At first, I was angry (like everyone else) because it really made my kids sad that it didn't work on Christmas night. I downloaded the app today (a little over a week later) and got it all set up in about ten minutes. Everything works, but it's definitely not "high end" video quality. Probably not worth the price we paid, but the kids are looking forward to story time tonight.

Doesn't work on an iPad even after the update. Waste of money. Projector is fuzzy at best. Probably could be used as a book end.

signal between device and projector needs to be stronger. update needs: -improved quality video -stronger boost signal between device and projector -free access to all press n play (because 99% of customers are unsatisfied) -reimbursment (if thats possible, even though a million people got ripped off from disney) -world peace and a ham sandwhich.

First the product is sold for the Christmas season without a working app, then they rush a fix that is horrible and requires far too much time to appease any child. Tech4Kids needs to get out of the kids' toy business! Last product we'll EVER purchase from them! Save your money, return your Storytime Theater for a refund and save your sanity!

Don't Waste Your Time Or Money

After waiting weeks to download the App to allow the projector to function it still is not functioning. Still not have watched any story after purchasing 5 of them prior to Christmas. Despite having bought the character each story has to be downloaded but the app is frozen. I have not watched any story yet the batteries for the projector are dead. I definitely want a refund.

I have ever been more disappointed or felt my money was wasted more than with the Storytime Theatre. One Star because: - the projector projects very blurry out of focused and lots of pixeled images. It's hard to look at - $100 should be a very clear clean images and you should be able to set the story off line on the projector and have it play with sound. Not sure what I paid form - set up was confusing and time consuming - the app froze often and was hard to get the story downloaded Will be returning, very disappointed and surprised these are on the market.

Truly horrible. Do not buy. Can run without the iPad, a bad app, and connecting to the project as a wifi hotspot every time you want to use it from outside the app. Really poorly designed. Just a horrible product. No way a kid can do it.

The idea of this app and product is fantastic! My daughter wants to play with this so bad and we just can't get it to work well. First of all I feel like I have to play with it for my 5 yr old too. You have to change the wifi to download stories and then change the wifi to read the stories. Push buttons on the theater to get it to connect to the wifi. It's such a hassle! Then Bc of the app not working before Christmas they sent a free story...great thank u! But now my child is upset Bc I have been unable to download it at all so she cannot read it! What a Headache!!

Bedtime mode broken

I have never been a big fan of this product. Since last month it has gotten even worse, as the starry sky will not stay on after the chosen story ends in Bedtime Mode. This app and projector are nothing but disappointment and frustration. Emailed the maker last week and never got a response.
