Won't play! I waste time trying to download a story and then when it acts like its working, it comes up half way through the story with a big red question mark!!! Horrible product! Wish I could get a refund!!

The app is causing all of my issues. I can download the stories just fine but when I try to go back and play the stories on the projector with it connected to the projector and it says I have to be connected to the Internet to play it. Even though it's already downloaded. (Like it's trying to dl it again. ) keeps making me switch back and forth. And I was never able to make it work with the projector because of this. I could have just bought the stories and save my 50.00 on the projector. Pos

Do not buy!! Trying to connect the app with the wifi with the console was a nightmare and never ended up happening. I tried different devices and made numerous attempts to get this thing to work. So disappointing!!

I couldn't permanently unlock the story with the code on the back of the press n play. After trying unsuccessfully several times I tried again after updating the app and was told the story was unlocked. After following the instructions that came with the projector and watching the video I still can't get the story to run on the projector. No one from the company has responded to my note that I sent through their website. A waste of money and time!

This is hands down the most frustrating interface I have ever seen. Restoring purchases doesn't work, codes state they've been used and can't activate. Oh, and don't get me started on the endless loop of connecting from home wifi to projector just for you to be prompted to connect back to wifi. I wasnt able to get anywhere after downloading the stories, prompting me to connect to wifi even if they're already downloaded, so you connect to home, then it tells you to go right back to projector due to no internet connection. After an hour of this I'm giving up. Most frustrating experience in awhile.

Horribly, horrible, horrible and a huge waste of time. I am taking the whole system back ASAP! The wireless and back to the projector connection for WiFi had me feeling like a dog chasing its tail. Never got the thing to work and me and my husband are very savvy when it comes to technology. Don’t waste your time and money.

I spend 10-12 hrs a day on a computer and have been unable to get this app to work...at all. Not once.

I agree with the other review that this is the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use. This makes the projector unusable to me. I can’t get a single story to play. I see no press n play option in the app and it says the 10 digit code is unrecognizable. What a freaking scam. Don’t waste your time with this product or app.
