This app is buggy and close to absolute junk. It usually takes multiple tries to get it working which is super great when you are trying to put a 3 year old to bed. Don't waste your money on this system. And this comes from a person who got the projector on clearance at Target for $25. I feel bad for the people who paid full price.
When will this work again

This app worked well with our iPad until the August update broke that. App keeps crashing before we get to where we can tap in the stories. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app numerous times without any luck. I feel like tech4kids really failed to do a quality check of this recent update which makes me think they care less about great kids products and more about making a buck...very sad. We have the projector and all of the stories which are now unusable. May need to talk to an attorney to see what options we have to get our money back if this product isn't fixed.

The app worked just fine until the last update. Now I can't get the app to work on one of our iPads. It keeps kicking me out of the app. I tried another iPad and the app works but I can't get the codes to enter. I purchased all the stories and had previously entered them. The last update wiped then all out. I tired entering the codes in and I get a message saying cannot recognize codes. The only way I can get anything to work is by using the press in play option. My child went from being able to work this by herself to needing help since it takes several steps to get the story to play. I wouldn't recommend this product. I spend all this money on it and now it's useless.

The app won't even open. Just keeps crashing. That's a great useless birthday present. $125 down the drain.

Tells you to connect the wifi to the projector then once you do it tells you you need to connect online. Can't do both ill be returning them.
Keeps crashing

Daughter was so excited for this but I downloaded on two separate iPads and it keeps crashing on BOTH. What a disappointment.

Seriously?! I have to switch back-and-forth between Wi-Fi networks because the thing only connect to devices through Wi-Fi not Bluetooth… Then I have to connect to my home network to download books… Then back to the device… Then it crashes… Then I'm ready to rage!!! Parents, you know I'm going with this, why don't they make things easier for us?!?!

Doesn't connect or play stories. App is horrible and you have to start over every time you open it. We will be returning the product. Horrible purchase and very disappointing!
