It doesn't work

Lucky@1718

It only helps to sharing files from one device to another and nothing more than that .!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD And waste your time

Worse than worthless...

I've been providing technical support using TeamViewer for many years now. I became very excited when I saw a version for the iPhone. Thank Goodness I didn't immediately purchase the licence!!! Sorry folks, this isn't a way of providing technical support, it's a wonderful way to upset your customers even more by continually asking them to continue sending more screen snapshots! What you've provided is a waste of my time.

Useless

FTOTF

Is good for clients that have knowledge but it doesn't work at all for people who doesn't know about iPhone use. Even Android version lets you manage the phone. Apple, with their restrictions makes their technology almost obsolete.

USELESS

It does not remotely control... BUMMER !!!!

Does well despite restrictions

Apple doesn't allow for apps to control outside their sandbox. This is a security implementation that is standard policy for all apps. So, considering that, the capabilities it DOES have are quite helpful. You can get the client to send you screenshots and can provide profiles to set up email (imap, pop, and exchange) and wifi.

useless, despite prepaid reviews

snack it

1) it can take screenshots, but while a person on other side manages to take a screenshot, i explain faster verbally everything; 2) you can not preconfigure email account, it just doesn't work. there is no option for ports, security type is only ssl. Even with that limited ability the email profile wasn't created; 3) file transfer- where it finishes? i tried to upload jpg, expecting to find it in Photos, but it wasn't there. Also, upload dialogue has bugs: it doesn't show the progress, it looked like it stuck. After pressing Cancel button i found out that files have been transferred, but as i said i could not see them anywhere

Not working?

Viczam

All I see in the computer is the system info of the phone? Can't remotely do anything except for chat? Hahahaha. Burn!

Nothing we can do, but chat

SmokyTuna

Completely useless. File transfer shows zero file (we can't exchange anything). No remote desktop capability. I've just wasted my time to check this crap.

I think IOS11 is key to appreciating this app

RPS-CNS

With iOS 10 it is static screen shots but reading the TV website they say they released it when iOS 11 supported screen sharing. I think it is too soon to evaluate the app.
