Wow...

TVisBad4IT

Very sad that I can't get support from my IT guy because you lock mobile connections behind a pay wall. You are scum.

Can't remote control !

R_SaN21

When you conect to ios devices , you can't see device's decktop( screen) and control home and ... you can only request to send screenshot to see phone's screen !!! But on another devises (like win phones) you can completely control device and see your phone's screen live and use icons .

For what Apple allows apps to do, this app succeeds

EX13520

There are a lot of negative reviews aimed at the developer because of the lack of screen sharing and control. This is a result of Apple's restrictions and isn't something TeamViewer or any other similar app can get around. The most they could do is explicitly state in their app description that it doesn't do screen sharing or control due to iOS restrictions. The person calling the developers scum because this free app doesn't let them work with their IT department is out of line.

Pretty useless

Larry The IT guy

It does not do what to Teamviewer for PC/MAC does. It does not control the device like a computer or a server. Not simple enough for the end user to use, and it's just sends screenshots.

Not terribly useful

AstroTech

Windows mobile version allows actual full control & viewing

Iphone to iphone

Krrichards15

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and my daughter has iPhone 5s same operating system. App is not letting out two iphones connect. It's saying to get support from online when trying to connect them

Pitiful

pl4tinum

An embarrassment. Waste of time to even install.

Useless

vito$

The best way to describe it, useless. It does not allow remote into mobile devices.

Doesn't remote control the phone

Nevergoes

After 5 minutes testing the app, I realized that it only shows screenshots of the phone. And that's of no use at all. Worthless.

If you are being realistic...

Then you should be blown away by the capabilities of and possibilities for this app! It is so simple for the person that needs the technical support (client) to initiate the request for support and to share screenshots of the issue they are having with the person giving support (tech). Once a request for screenshots has been sent, the screenshots are automatically shared with the tech. This allows for the client to take screenshots along the support process so the tech can describe which buttons to hit or information to enter and ensure that the client is inputting the information correctly. The beauty is the client does not have to jump back and forth between the issue they are having and the QuickSupport app to share the screenshots, they are sent to the tech automatically! Push notifications of chat, screenshot requests, and even text sent to the client's clipboard from the tech are amazing tools that allow for support calls to move along very quickly and smoothly! Not to mention the power user tools of pushing down Wi-Fi and email configurations! This all fits within the Apple app limitations, but it also keeps things safe too keep the remote access from being abused. It would be nice if you could use the TeamViewer iOS app to support QuickSupport requests, but that isn't a huge deal as you can use TeamViewer iOS to remote into a computer that can do the assistance. Great app, and I am glad I found it! Five stars!
