Customer service lacking

I’ve been using teamstuff for 3 years. There’s a glitch in the schedule option- if someone uses the link, once they have that link they can always see our schedule even if I kicked them off the team. I needed to kick someone off the team for stalking a team mate, and I emailed customer service asking about an option to change the link, with no response. It’s a safety issue and the link should be changed or be able to be changed by a team admin. Also, I wish I could sort the players by choosing an option like name, position, etc. we have over 100 players and I can sort the list, it would be helpful.

Not intuitive, pesters me to upgrade, can’t connect to the team... which is the entire point.

I have an iPhone and I’m constantly reminded of unread messages after I’ve read three them twice! Apparently Android users don’t have this issue. The customer service department has yet to respond to my inquiry I sent on Nov 8! It’s a good concept but it needs more development t and attention to the users! Just trash!

It would be nice to be able to add photos, videos, and hyperlinks within the messaging function. This is a current limitation of the app. Direct messaging to players is also not available.

We switched to Teamstuff this year after using TeamSnap last year. Hopefully we’ll be switching back to TeamSnap. This app is overly complicated for what it is to be used for. It’s horrible.

I’ve been using this app for 4 years. Never had a problem until recently. Every time I click on schedule, the app crashes. Please fix.

This app is new to us and every time I click to access info I get what I refer to as the buffering circle of death. So I have to exit the app and return back in. I appreciate the concept of this app and I hope that this issue is corrected. Also, why do I have to pay $5 to go Pro in order to send messages? Especially, when I can’t even open anything I click on to begin with. I hope that this isn’t some scam concocted by the creator. When reviewing customer reviews I see that a couple years back there were 4-5 star reviews. I feel that if the crashing issues are resolved this app will be rated just as great as it once was. Thanks for your time!

App worked fine last year on my iPhone 7 during sports season my Sports season started up again this year and I’m trying to use the app again and it continues to crash
