Great for coaches

I coach two of my kids teams and this app makes it super easy to keep track of who is coming to each game and communicate with parents and kids. I've already recommended it to 3 other coaches.
Decent effort but poorly executed

This app has all the right pieces but as far as user friendliness and design- it's a hot mess. The designers apparently put no thought into 'when someone opens this app, what do they want to see first?' It's very frustrating to open the app to find out today's event, when, where, etc. only to have to hit four buttons to get that info. Why does it open to an activity page telling me scores and if I changed my kids availability. I already know those things. When they app opens, it should go immediately to the calendar, preferably the "today" or "3 day". Make it more user friendly please.

The transition from the invite to the app was confusing. App was unresponsive for minutes and then said there were no events. Never did figure out how to find the link to add to my other calendars. The navigation is nearly impossible to understand.

You have a notification...we aren't going to tell you what it is. You have to guess. Other apps do this much better and don't require you to pay for the better features.
Hidden subscription charges terrible service

This app has built in pop ups that are designed to get you to accidentally click an in app purchase and then it is near impossible to get a refund because Apple says it is a subscription. Their team does absolutely nothing to help you and defends their pop ups as "within the letter of requirements". How about just deliver quality and people will purchase if they WANT to?
Keeps getting worse with each update

Used to allow more features - now must pay for pro to get them. Plus, all players on the team must also pay. Also, schedules often do not appear correctly, if at all. More frustrating than helpful. Very unreliable...which makes it useless.

I’m not happy with this app. My kids don’t play soccer anymore for 1-2 years, but I keep getting email and notification. I requested to stop didn’t help , then I deleted an account and deleted app and still coming.
Daylight Savings Time?

It appears that this app doesn’t adjust according to Daylight Savings Time. Now I must adjust the times for a whole season of games and practices. So inconvenient!
Logs you out now

After one of the recent updates, the app now logs me out every time. Super inconvenient and stops alerts from popping up.
