Sense the update has happened I have had to log out and log back into my account because it keeps asking to pick my role then confirm who I am but I’m already connected with me team
Not easy to navigate

This app is suppose to be set up for ease. I downloaded app because the advertisement said it was much easier to upload roster. Now I can’t access from three years ago because I don’t have roster uploaded. I don’t see spot to upload my roster. When I hit the + sign it asks for all my information and says that person already exists.

Every time I log in to check massaged, it takes so long to get into it. No other app has ever taken this long that I’ve seen. The messages repeat themselves also

It’s now been Over 1 Year now - closer to 2 years. Our School has NEVER been added to your Database. Last year you finally put us in - but only JV We are the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired in Jacksonville Illinois. We now compete Varsity & JV against not only other State Schools for the Blind but against Public & Private Schools from around the area. I’ve called several times, sent emails, messages, ... all for nothing as we’re not included as of yet. If someone can figure out how to include us we’d appreciate it. Decent app

This app is decent but could be great! Would be great if the players could start a chat. Wish it showed an actual calendar. I think it would make it more user friendly. Would like the ability to have students mark if they are going to be at an event or not.
Many glitches with the App

The App is much needed and we love the concept of having one place that has all information for season. We started using the App last season and it was okay. There were several issues and glitches with the App. This season we can see that improvements have been made, but there are still glitches. Hopefully the improvements continue to be made as we get closer to the start of fall season 2019!
Needs work on push notifications

This is the least functional app I have ever used to manage my team. Parents have claimed their profiles, but we don’t know how to link their athletes, so I can’t communicate with them. The help section of the website has contradictory information so we don’t know how to look up information. Incredibly frustrating. Also, the coach has to add every player and every parents’ email via the app. What happened to the codes?! The code way is so much easier and allows for a mass add that takes the weight off the coach. I’ll be using a different app to manage my team. There’s so much potential, but it’s truly just a pain.
Want to love it

I want to love it, it was the perfect idea.. but how I go to send a message to a group and I have a completely random group of players under my athlete list, that are NOT even on my roster anymore, deleted players.. it’s rather strange to find them there and the linked players on the roster not there..
