Team Alpha is a fast-paced, top-down action game. You play as an elite commando whose task is to eradicate all mutants in a government lab where a biological experiment has gone awry. To stop them from multiplying, you have to go through ten levels and destroy a blue glowing reactor which power the incubators on each of them.
Team Alpha utilizes our brand-new, carefully developed and optimized game engine, which allows us to have large levels (some with over 40 rooms!) with large numbers of animated monsters and explosions, and still always run at a high frame rate to ensure smooth, uninterrupted gameplay.
You start with two pistols, but can purchase many more weapons, such as shotguns, plasma guns, or automatic rifles, once you accumulate cash an experience. You also have an inventory to carry extra weapons, armor, and grenades.

Required iPod reset

I wish I could give less than one star. This app froze on the opening screen and I had to reset my iPod to get it working again.

Going in, I thought it would be just like any other top down shooter, but NO! This is the nex level of shooters... I hope!!! : D
well made, but too simple

This game is nice, but I wish there were cars and some outdoor-gameplay. The rooms all look the same, and the levels get boring after some time. Also, you should be able to buy health packs. I missed a storyline at first and something to explain the goal of my mission. The sounds of different guns may sound terrible together, e.g. the pistol and shotgun. Music would be great, because the sound environment is too boring. Sorry guys, but this game wasn't really as much fun as for example minigore or similar games.

I agree it's too simple... As in, I wouldn't play endless levels of this, but if there's more depth added, this will be better. I d/led this expecting something like Super Smash TV and wasn't disappointed overall. A few things: -Love the controls. They work well! -explanations of what things are that you pick up would be helpful. Also for the controls. A lot is self-explanatory but like I picked up some blue thing in the second or third level that stayed at the bottom of the screen. What was it? (shrug) -Music. I don't know if this is beta or what, but get some. -A big one: when the player draws up the map, it shows the rooms as different sized boxes. Please include something to indicate which rooms have doors (i.e. - a red line) so you don't have to backtrack or you know where to -demo wasn't really long enough to experiment with all the guns or produce enough cash, so maybe another time. Good job!
