Think or swim never lets me down. Friends sometimes refer me to other stock trading platforms but they never compare to think or swim.

This app is not consistent with the markets movement. Using this app has become difficult as data is missing on the stock quotes for stocks I’m tracking. Option trades I open - immediately on call contracts - price drops - on puts - option climbs. I’ve lost money because of this issue. I paper traded a stock - a call and a put for the same expiration date. The strike price - a little Lower on the - put contract. And the call contract - dropped in price and the put contract increased in price. Something is not right.....
Going to keep looking...

I find the app confusing and difficult to use. Cannot get trade confirmations or history on the app, must go to the website.

This can be a great app. to execute basic trades, however, it needs updating. The default forex closing trade is a limit order not a market order. This has proved to be a very costly first time experience to have to find out im still in the trade with a heavily reduced return, simply due to a closing trade spread rejection, caused by the limit order. For that reason, the app. gets 2 stars. Please update Forex default closing to market order, the app. should be at least 3-4 stars.

2 years later. 7/2019 and Touch ID STILL doesn’t work !!! Have to manually type password to open app even though enabled in app. ID DOES work in regular Ameritrade app. 2 years not enough time to fix it? C’mon guys, it can’t be that hard to fix. Touch ID doesn’t work even though it lets you set it up. Touch ID does work on the simpler and better Ameritrade app Another update 7/27 and Touch ID still not fixed. What a shame
