Too many crashes

2 major flaws: 1) Sometimes, the positions screen shows me a wrong “Trade Price” which once prompted me to sell my position when I shouldn’t have. This is a huge problem. TDA admits this is a known issue but they haven’t fixed it. Last week, in Dec 2017, it showed FB at $233 so I thought I was losing money but in reality, my trade price was $123. FYI, FB all-time high in 2017 was $178 so I’m not sure how it showed at $233. 2) The app crashes every time there is a market correction and/or heavy trading volume which delays logging on so I can't trade and adjust my positions in time.

Don’t update You will lose your charts

New update fixes all the bugs from recent revamp

Issues addressed

Latest update makes using charts very difficult. Changing timeframes is now a two click process instead is a single click. Also, when charts first open they show all the way to the far left, meaning you need to scroll to the right to see the current action on that ticker. Very non-intuitive. Please fix the charts. 1/5/18 update fixes chart issues mentioned previously. Thank you for fixing this!

I'm so used to using the TS desktop platform I was hesitant to gives this a try because I figured it could not give that much information. But it has been amazing!

You’ve got candle sticks, level 2, options, studies, and so much more. This app is the best trading mobile experience on the App Store. The only request, if possible, is to add the ability to see times and sales and level 2 on the same ‘screen’ for a full trading experience.

Bring back faster charts time period switching !

Bring back faster charts time period switching ! In new charts you loose all the upper quick time frame tabs. Now you have to click 2x to achieve same result, annoying, can yo fix that ? Otherwise great improvements, overall the best app by far

While traveling abroad for a month, my PC crashed. I was forced to use my iPhone to do the trading. It’s a horrible experiences to use this App in a mobile device like IPhone. When you want to increase your Microsoft position because of attractive low price for example, 95% chance you will end up selling it to a loss (doing the opposite). The culprit, the default setup & nothing can be done to disable it. While busy filling the App buy fields, the DEFAULT SETUP assumes that you’re Selling it instead of Buying. When you’re in the go using an IPhone, selling your position is TIME CONSUMING and losing a best price you wanted. To sell your position at MARKET price, you have to cycle to 8 types of selling option before you reach the Market price. What a pain & nothing you can do to disable or customize it.
