A few annoyances

You are not able to message customer service from app! You have to call or use TED which is a goofy AI presence! Also when trading options you have to be very careful on the (trade options page) If you input the info on the trade screen and make any changes on it the amount that you want to sell it for always changes to a lower amount. So if your not careful you would leave a lot of money on the table when selling an option! Always double check your price before hitting the sell button!

The app is crashing during trades

The stock trading aspect is somewhat reliable but the TD app keeps crashing in the middle of critical trades that wind up always losing me money on purchases or sales. Also when flashing over to combined balances the balance of my accounts show double the actual total for about ten seconds, which is a heart breaking disappointment when the reality total is depicted. Finally I find that the stock value quotes are not updating fast enough considering the technology that is available today.

This am my orders we’re not being filled on buys with plenty of cash on hand. Buy on SNDL was delayed in filling by 5 minutes or more! First time this has happened. I have my husband with me, he even said you can’t work a market when two different software systems that should be exact have a gap$$. I still have $6040.00 cash and it would not buy sndl! Problems with think not swim!!!

The customer service is awful - the App is terrible - and trying to get any assistance is impossible (especially when they have your money). Choose a different app

After you made me loose money during the gme/amc block now I cant even reach anybody in customer sevice to close this account. The customer service is nonexistent. I would not recomend td to anybody
