Great App in All in Functionality. Must fix the Crashes!

I’m giving it three stars. It would be 5 because of all the functionality including news, ratings, and its ease of customization. However, TD must fix the crash and when lockouts from the app occur. Especially during trading hours!

Beside the fact the you automatically to have a margin account to start off with even if you don’t want one is ridiculous I’ve now been on hold for two hrs just trying to disable that option on my account ??

I put money into my account a few months ago and I have prove from my bank account I did. I looked at my TD account and it’s gone as if I never sent the funds. I called the help line and it’s a 4 hour wait on 02/09/2021! All I could do was talk to my bank and they confirmed I did transfer the money! I’ve talked to friends and they said the same thing happened to them ? this is very weird since I have never had to deal with this on my Robinhood and Webull accounts.

Can’t even use the app. I’m able to sign in on my computer. Every time I try to sign into the app I get an error message to try again later.

Will freeze your account without telling you

I have made maybe 3 trades on my account, went to sell a position and was blocked due to my account be frozen by their compliance department. They didn’t notify me of the freeze until I tried to make a trade which is the reason for this low review. I still don’t know why I was even frozen because their phone que is 2 hours long. I can’t fathom why TD would think it’s ok to freeze someone’s account without telling them A) that they even did that B) WHY they did that
