Disappointed customer

I had the worst experience w/this app and the company. I had placed an order back in april where funds were already deducted from my acct. With no emails as to the update of this purchase I had to email the company for the status and after multiple of back & forth emails I was told the item was no longer available but I could pick something for a replacement. I did pick an item for the replacement but was told would have to pay the difference of $2. With all the trouble Ive been through with this company I would have thought they would have picked up the difference. The company knows nothing about good customer service.

I have ordered 2 clothes and one necklace. Which is only a cheap necklace. where are my 2 clothes? you said it was sent but I did not accept it. I am very disappointed. you are a cheater !!! For all, don't buy anything with this App! the seller cheats! don't shop on this site or App. App maker is not responsible.

Waste of time waste of money

I ordered a wedding dress from them (nothing special just a standard size). Within that day of ordering The plans for the wedding location changed so I had been trying to return/cancel the order. It took me a full week of constant calling and emailing to actually reach someone. When I finally did reach them they told me they could only give me a 40% refund because they “are just the makers for the dress not the resellers” and both the labor and material cost would be a big lose for them. The return policy says you have 24 hours within ordering to cancel and get a full refund (which I had spent hours trying to do) or within 15 days of receiving the dress to return it with a full refund. I still haven’t received the dress and I’m already being told that I won’t get my money back.

There always some type of sale and I can get really cute clothes for cheap and good quality. Some not "approved" for school but amazing clothes. However I LOVE these exotic clothes that are the one and only.
