Disappointed customer – Tbdress Shop Fashion & Trends Review

I had the worst experience w/this app and the company. I had placed an order back in april where funds were already deducted from my acct. With no emails as to the update of this purchase I had to email the company for the status and after multiple of back & forth emails I was told the item was no longer available but I could pick something for a replacement. I did pick an item for the replacement but was told would have to pay the difference of $2. With all the trouble Ive been through with this company I would have thought they would have picked up the difference. The company knows nothing about good customer service.
