This app looks like its had potential but it is broken!! I’ve contacted them and received a few emails, but to no avail. I have an online account setup, but when I try to use these credentials in the app it crashes. There is no resolution to be found.

It works! The last version had some issued when IOS 8 came out, but now its working great.

Simple and reliable. Great options for logging in a trip automatically with GPS. The app sends out the information to a server so I can access via a web browser to review the log and print a report. I like the fact the app backing up the data in the cloud. I lost my phone once and the app I used in the past did not back the data up so I lost over 60 days of trip logs. Finally I found one app that really understands how valuable these logs are. A+... Great quality!

I'm not going to say it's the worst app I've used, but it has been the worse app I've purchased. First, it drained my battery and did it to a pretty uncomfortable degree that I started to use it sparingly. Finally, it just stopped working altogether. I now see there is an update, but I just don't trust it. Sorry, but the functions seemed good in theory, but with not in practice. I'm deleting the app and finding another way to track my mileage.

Worth every penny refunded

I use for some time this app (my dear grandson Brian who explained to me that is called this way) for personal purposes, I have to have a medical treatment in a place far from my house, and for that I travel about 50 miles every fortnight, I began to use it to achieve refund of this miles, and always suit me very satisfactorily, I´ve been using it for two years now. About 6 months ago, I opened a small home care business, and keep 5 employees who, besides me, drive up to the house of customers to perform repairs and maintenance. Soon we began to have a significant volume of customers at a relative distance of our company, we understand that would be necessary control those miles carried out daily so that we could have refund over all this miles. As I´ve been using it for my medical treatment, I decided to test the app for the company. How I did not know what to do exactly to make this work, I contacted the TaxMileage, and this man who attended me in a very kind way, explained to me that although the app not exclusively for companies, I could use it to meet our needs with no problems. I thought important to mention, because being a person who does not understand, and do not really like technology, (in my youth, things were simpler), use these things is quite complicated to me, (I am 67 years old if you ask), and even with my visible technology difficulty, the Taxmileage employee who attended me, explained calmly and patiently how to proceed, and I can now control the miles that all my employees do every day I am very pleased, and recommend this app to anyone who want, like me, save a lot of money with mileage.

I would have loved to have used this app but when I downloaded it and tried to create an account, it would not accept my gmail address as a valid email. All I got was a spin of death. It looks like this app would do all the things I need in a mileage tracker for work but I will never know.

No functionality within the app

iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.1 installed. There is no "+" button to add/edit trips, at least there isn't on my phone. I registered a vehicle through the web interface and that information isn't accessible either. I restarted phone and then reinstalled the app to no avail. Alas, I have provided a vast amount personal information to create an account and now I'm questioning that decision. I'm going to deactivate my account and advise others to refrain from installing this app and registering an account until this issue has been resolved and clearly documented in the changelog.

I liked the app while I was using it throughout the year although it does not allow you to adjust any of the entries. I had entered the wrong mileage a couple of times and I can't adjust that. That is frustrating because I needed to correct it immediately rather than having to remember later. I just went on the website to print out my report that it clearly states is available at the top of the app. When I signed on it informed me that I don't have access to the report unless I pay for it. What's the purpose of a "free" app that you have to pay for? Obviously we will need a report at the end of the year, that's why we're tracking our mileage, but I'm not going to pay $10 for it when I was tracking it on my own before with better functionality and that was free. It may have said something in the fine print about paying for additional features but it should say at the top of the app that we can access our reports "for a fee" on the taxmileage.com website. I already switched back to tracking it on my own in a google spreadsheet. Much easier and I can set it up according to my needs.

Very disappointed in this app. I cannot see my original entries of odometer readings and mileage in miles. I only see a dollar amount. I won't use this app.

I downloaded this app then went online on my desktop and purchased 3 years membership. I used the app on the phone to log in trips. The problem is that it doesn't sync with the server online so I can't see the trips on the desktop. Therefore, I am not able to export my trips and use the trips log for my tax refund. On top of this, after repeatedly trying to get in touch with customer support and fix the problem or get a refund, NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I quit hoping.
