I send an email they sent me a response back saying thank you but never address the issue of me not being able to log into their website. I tried the GPS tracker and as my phone was doing other things it would crash and not keep track of my mileage properly. When I tried to manually enter information the app kept saying please fill Deasfield out but the fields were already completed and filled out to the best of my ability

When you're dealing with recording mileage for your business, reliability is the number one need. The app is simple, it's pretty, but really easy for it to not record a trip and for you not to know. Kind of a dealbreaker.

Cute and useful app for reimbursement! All my information were saved even after I lost my phone thanks to the sync! Best email support I ever seen

Constantly locking up and takes forever... Literally minutes to sync and let you move from field to field. This is especially true if you have been tracking for a long time. Had to ditch it to swap for an app that would work.

I have tried to use this for a month or so. It is terribly un-responsive when you try to cycle through the fields to enter data. Then crashes, which means you can't save your trip. Or causes me to become frustrated and just move on. Then if I have another trip, I am unable to start it because it is trying to save my last trip. Bottom line, I'm disappointed with what I thought would be a cool and useful app. I am moving on.

It's too complicated to figure out. I just want something I can tap and go then access a list every month. This one you have to add all sorts of info like VIN numbers and odometer readings - it's too much. And I have no idea where the trips are going - when I try to save they just disappear. When I try to log on to their site it's not responding to the 'confirm' key at all. Uninstalling

I got the iPhone 6plus, just updated the app and lots of bugs are present! Css is off, the bottom nav shows up in the middle of the screen instead of the bottom, when I start a new trip I get this error with the date - can't create a new trip with this date error - purpose field is blank and can't type a new purpose, at this point I gave up and clsrd the app. I have the paid version so I was hoping this could work, guess not! Someone has quite a bit more work to do to get this up to standards!!!!

Buggy, unreliable, slow, and always crashing. Don't bother with this app. I actually really like the interface and design, but the app just isn't reliable.
