I really like this app because it accepts multiple userd using the same account and centralizing all the logs under one single report. It saves me a log of time since I have 3 employees. Before, they all used different apps and compiling all reports into one was time consuming and really a pain. Furthermore, every now and then one of the employees would loose their report. I am happy with this app because it also backs the data up in the cloud.

The features this app are fantastic for reimbursement. It's possible modify, review and monitor trips in real time by accesssing the cloud server. Great job!!

I am pleased with the new version and the customer services. I have reported some issues since IOS8 came out and it was resolved on the updated version. Keep up the good work.

The app does what is suppose to do. I lost my phone and I did not know the app backs the information on the cloud. I did not have the paid subscription and I was really surprise that tax mileage backs up the data for free in the cloud. I was afraid all my data was lost and over 5k worth of tryp logs

Many drawbacks

When I downloaded the app I had a history of previous mileage but I wanted to enter. Do you have forces you to enter in every field even if you think it's not important which is a pain. Once the trip is entered there's no way to edit it or view with details. They suggest you go to their website to view a report but as soon as you want if you were report they seeing you with their annual fee. So as a free app this is useless and should be stated upfront

I had 3 years subscription. I emailed them to fix and told me that new updated version will fix it but still not working. I will ask them for refund. New trip button mot show up in Iphone 6 plus

The app gets the job done. I am able to customize different reimbursement sources and rates according to my needs to generate a report for my business or personal for IRS purposes. The app send the data to a server in the cloud and gives me the comfort to switch phones and know that my data is always protected and available in the cloud. They offer all the functionalities for free, including accessing your information on the server. They only charge 9.99/year to compile a report in pdf. It is such a bargain considering that my data is always backed up in the cloud. If you drive 30miles/year, the app pays for itself.

Disappointing, unreliable

Current version frequently locks up & doesn't sync with the server. If you fail to Save a trip, the app refuses to sync up to the server, and the only way to fix this is to delete the app (and all in saved data) and reinstall it. Also, the design is far from elegant; it should automatically track each trip from the last odometer reading, but it doesn't. Regardless of whether you enter things manually or turn on GPS tracking, there are still far too many manual settings that must be entered or edited for each trip. And when it lock up during server syncs, it won't track anything, which means you have to take time to troubleshoot the app, or just keep a written record and then update it later on the webpage. It should NOT be this complicated. It should be simple, reliable, and accurate. It's definitely not. It's actually more work to use this app than to keep a written log.
