APP NOT WORKING

I am unable to login into the app after entering my registered mobile number. It just shows an error prompt stating that “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.” Please issue an update for the app to rectify this bug!
No online payment option

Latest version doesn't launch on my 5S. Stuck at loading screen. Reinstalled twice already. Fix it ASAP. This is stupid
