The application is too buggy. I was not able to scroll thru the screen to view my selected channel pack. Because of this app, I am thinking of switching to some other DTH provider

The latest update is the most lousy version released. It simply crashes when opened with iPhone.

There is no reliability of tatasky now. Local technician creates bug in customers set to box and charge 150 rupees and same problem appears again in a week. This new business model they have formed. Cheats and thugs.

Not a clear UX. Confusing and unrelated information. Not oriented towards viewing on mobile device but oriented towards selling more content. Horrible way to provide service.

I rate this service in negative if option available. No proper service .. network.. customer care service .. they looted my money and opened and closed couple of complaints in their favor .. I recommend not to go for its subscription.
