Extremely poor services on app, phone & SMS. Can’t active even free channels by SMS. How can free channels be denied after paying basic amount. This company deserves MINUS Rating my rating -2.5 Today at 1.25 pm Tatasky caller told me to arrange talk to his superior after 10 minutes. It’s 2.20 pm no value for time. Tatasky maxim is ‘Customer is always Wrong’.

Unable to pair devices as no detection occurs. Even after repeated tries. Very poor stuff.....

The videos keep freezing. The only way to watch is to keep restarting the app. FIX IT!
"Roach motel" app - one you subscribe you can never unsubscribe

The anywhere TV app is the app equivalent of the roach motel: you can isnta it, subscribe to the "free trial", and only if you call Tata sky and wait on hold for ages can you ever get out of the monthly subscription. Very shady business practices. Careful before you install!

Didn't realise the old app had been discontinued till I fired it up earlier today. Boy was I in for some disappointment when I launched this "all new" app. Interface is clumsy, hardly impressive and, worst of all, videos stutter. And soon enough, an error pops up to end the viewing experience (or whatever that little, fleeting phase can be called). So much for my looking forward to the start of some great sporting action this year. Sort this, you incompetent louts!! Can't believe this stupid country signed up to being looted by "Conditional Access" service providers in the first place all those years ago - had to be a matter of time that, despite all advancement in technology, even accessing television on-the-go would be an arduous experience.
