Can’t view time stamp and transcription on same screen

Pay for Pro plus to transcribe the call. Transcription is ok, when i talk to someone with same tone of voice, the transcription is often muddled and doesn’t show the correct speaker. Furthermore, the problem gets worse by the fact that you can’t fast forward, rewind or make any adjustments to the time stamp of the audio when you’re viewing the transcription. So I’m trying to dissect the recorded call to get exact quotes, but I have to flip back and forth from audio time table to the transcription. This use to be a feature and now it has been removed. What the heck? Will update review when this is fixed.

Lost the majority of my interview

The app dropped their end of the call and only recorded 12 min of a 30 min interview. Nothing prompted this. I was simply talking in the phone and found out after the call. A nightmare scenario for a journalist

App doesn’t work anymore

I have had this app for two years. It use to work great, now for the past 90 days, it doesn’t record. I paid for full version. Please fix or refund my money.

Now Subscription based

Several years ago I paid for this app and it was a one time cost. Now-a-days they use a subscription based plan and is not restoring my paid version. When I try to go to app support it just leads me to a 404 Page Not Found error. I can’t recommend this service to anyone.

I followed the instructions. I called the recording started emerged in the other call talk for 10 minutes and nothing. Dead silence on the recording. Don’t waste your time on this app

Can’t find how to cancel

I want to cancel my subscription to this stupid app that I do not use, but there is no visible way to do so. Subscribe at your own risk. It works a lot of time but not all of the time. It’s clumsy. And they apparently make their money by making it impossible to cancel. Tapping the support icon here in the App Store leads to a missing page (404 error). Their support is literally MIA.

No activation code, no customer service

I just purchased and the six-digit activation code is not working. I am unable to even start this app. I would like a refund.

Unreliable! When you have full confidence a call is being recording it suddenly won’t be!!!! With no explanation. No back up. No support. Don’t even think about trusting the new automatic calling from the app directly. Much better to merge.
