Hate the new special pictures

I love this app and the normal pictures, but I can’t stand the “special” pictures. Please don’t use them!

This is a great coloring app! I love the special pictures that add texture and patterns the picture making it so magical and pretty. I always feel like I’m creating a masterpiece when I’m coloring. I recommend this coloring app to everyone who loves coloring!!

I just love this app and the variety it provides! I had an issue about getting new pics this week and I sent them an email via their contact us section. I received an e-mail response so quickly I couldn’t believe it!! The email suggested a fix (just updating) which worked and I’m back to coloring!! I paid the very reasonable fee to get rid of the ads and it is totally worth it since I use this app almost every day! Have fun my other coloring lovers!!

My suggestion/feedback is: I have been using this app since early this year. After the last update, 2.08, My first problem is I wasn’t getting the daily pictures. They just stopped downloading. So restarted my iPhone X to see if that made a difference. It didn’t. So I then deleted the app and reinstalled it and that completely erased all of the pictures I had colored since January 2019. Now I am getting the daily pictures, which by the way I hate! I don’t like the watercolor type pictures. They aren’t fun to color and some of the small areas are way to hard to see with the naked eye. That’s beyond the point though. I like the bucket feature and watch lots of ads to earn hints. The second problem is that now when I watch an ad to earn hints or a bucket, the hint and/or bucket isn’t added to my picture. So I watch 30 second ads thinking I will get a hint, like it used to do, but now after the ad, I don’t get the hint or bucket. I have restarted my device multiple times and still cannot earn any hints after wasting 30 seconds. This is extremely annoying. The third problem is that when I am coloring a picture from the Alice in Wonderland book, the app freezes and puts an error message that says “Oops something must have went wrong. Try agin later”. So I watch the first ad to start the page and I can color until I run out of the 200 spots and then have to watch another ad to continue coloring. Now, very consistently, after watching only 2 ads, I cannot complete the picture because it says Oops something is wrong. When I close out the app I lose all of my progress in the book page I was coloring. There is no way to to continue the book page because I can’t earn the 200 spots because the ad isn’t adding the time earned from the ad. Needless to say, this is all VERY ANNOYING!! I am ready to delete te app because I can’t earn any hints no matter what I do, the app constantly freezes up, and I haven’t been able to finish one page of the Alice in Wonderland book because I lose all of my progress when it shows the error message. Before I updated to 2.08, this was my favorite coloring app but I am ready to delete it. It’s very frustrating watching never ending ads and not getting the hint, bucket, or extra spaces to color in the coloring books. In reading the most recent reviews, there are so many people having the same problem. Your answers to the problem such as making sure we have the most recent update, 2.08, which I have and restarting my device DO NOT WORK!! Seriously, this needs another update. There are more bugs and glitches now more than I ever had. It’s only been with the last update that the made app worth nothing. Like many other reviewers, I am close to just deleting the app and use some other apps that work. I obviously don’t know what to do, so I hope you can fix these problems because I, like may others will be deleting this app because the hassle isn’t worth it.
