Help Desk is no help at all

I’ve been trying to get a solution from this app for two days now. I can’t even log back into the help desk (because they make you sign up of course)to see if the ticket was even submitted. It’s a nice app don’t get me wrong but the issues and bad tech support outweighs the good Also to add: You know what would be an amazing feature to apps like this... If you could choose the skin tone color. Keep everything else but when the number comes that correlates to the skin.... You have options. This way everyone can see themselves in these apps

Please take the colored outlined pictures away. They do not come out as pretty as the original pictures that are black outlined. I loved this app but the latest update makes the daily picture to look like water colors when complete...I hate it! I was coloring the daily picture will likely delete the app. These pictures are not pretty. I was even making the original pictures my background pictures but not anymore.

I received an app update on 8/9/19 and something is wrong. App is still on 8/9 for everything. New items to color and the daily coloring. Help! I love this app, please help me.

I tried contacting through the app. No one has contacted me back. My problem is that I haven't been able to do the daily picture since Friday. It just shows the last one I colored and to wait until tomorrow for a new picture. I don't want to delete the app and then add it back. Then I'd have to start all over again since there's no login for the app. I tried contacting support via the iPhone app store but it just takes me to some weird page that I shouldn't have been on. Thank you for fixing the bug in the app!!! So happy to be able to color again!!! ?

I have enjoyed this coloring app, but August 9 was the last time i got a daily image. I will not continue to use this or refer this app without the daily image.
I used to love this app...
