Tap Color is a “just right” app, not too easy and not too difficult. There is a nice variety of themes, from the cute to the dramatic to the bizarre. The app is (mostly) stable. There have been a few pictures with technical glitches, but those are usually identified and removed promptly. I have tried several color-by-number apps. Tap Color hits that pleasant “just right” spot.
