Horrible unresponsive customer service

While I enjoy the hex war games and have purchases quite a few they have a totally unresponsive customer service. I opened a ticket over 10 days ago because they sent me the wrong version of a game I purchased (PC instead of Mac) and they have not responded to my ticket ... 10 days and counting!

Great game but lacks some features

The beach assault games are devilishly hard to beat. I wonder why there's no NGFS or air support. I know they were in The Pacific beach assault games by this company. It's awful to see your units destroyed by off screen German artillery without the big battleship and cruiser guns that were definitely present on D-day.
Stalls & then crashes

Buggy....stalls out then crashes. Sometimes it causes the whole iPad to crash/restart.
My Favorite iPad Game!

The Tank Battles series has been my all time favorite iPad game. Tank Battles has taken old style WWII turn based board games and has given them a modern face lift. The end result is a rich and complex game with over 200+ unit from infantry to German Elephant tanks and over several hundred maps and mission of various terrain through the the TB series. Despite it's complexity TB is easy to play. My hat off to Hexwars for making a very fun game.
Great D-Day campaign

Good historical game of the D Day invasion of Normandy, especially Omaha and Utah beach landings. Be mindful of the capabilities of each unit to clear land mines on the beach. Once you start you can't stop.

I gave it a 3 star because at casual play level it's almost impossible to secure a win .. The easiest level may be confused with the hardest ... Hits don't count as hard as they should until the 9-10-11-12 levels.. Your suppose to win in 12 but only have 4 levels with any substantial progress ... Deleting this one .. All the rest of tank battles are great

These four scenarios are entertaining and offer just the right mix of strategy and tactics. One criticism I have is the odd lack of Allied air support in the Normandy landing. Otherwise it's a battle from the start.
