Horrible unresponsive customer service – Tank Battle: Normandy Review

While I enjoy the hex war games and have purchases quite a few they have a totally unresponsive customer service. I opened a ticket over 10 days ago because they sent me the wrong version of a game I purchased (PC instead of Mac) and they have not responded to my ticket ... 10 days and counting!
