App won't open with the new update. Keeps closing down. A coworker is having the same problem.

First, the app will not just let you text if you disable the microphone. Second, this app will crash and not let you log back in after you log out for the first time.

When I get messages in the app with a URL, the URL isn't clickable. Could not find any way to contact developer for support.

I hate one aspect of this and it caused me to delete the app. I reloaded it today but had the same issue so will be deleting it again. The app has a huge flaw of not letting me click past the "turn on your microphone" warning. I only want to use this app for chat and do not need the microphone. Sure, I could change my mind, but until I do there is NO REASON for the app to INSIST on me allowing it to access my microphone. Please add a "close" to that warning and let your users past it!

I've loved Talkanaut. It's been a wonderful client for jabber based chats, including the national weather service, which is what I use it for. However, the latest update set the program back several notches. The new version puts all the chat in bubbles (yuck) which makes it hard to read. Plus, HTML links are now gone! I used to be able to click on a link in a chat and see the page. I NEED that ability. Please bring back the previous style and format!!!

It is the only app I have found that can connect to my Jabber ID. I like it, but notifications don’t work. I have to open the app to see new notifications. That is unfortunate. Please fix! Would rate higher if notifications worked as intended.

Would be really great if the app had that feature. Maybe in the next update?

This app is very nice. It is not blocked in UAE. Sometimes we just can’t end the call, so pls fix it.

Good news: Was able to connect to my XMPP account and exchange messages Bad news: Stops working while showing a screen which demands to allow it to use the microphone in the iOS settings. Verdict: Bad UX design, move on
