This product doesn't work correctly! The idea is great, but only works when you are actively using the app. If you close the app or have it in the background, they disconnect and usually won't reconnect. The sound is almost inaudible; I can only hear when I hold it to my ear, and it won't beep half the time. The history doesn't work at all. And if you want to use the device to find your phone it doesn't sound. In my opinion, this is no food; spend your Money on a different product

Poorly made device which is near impossible to connect with immediately disconnects after you close the app. The beep is practically inaudible and and would randomly set off the alarm on my phone even though I never activated it. I would have rather thrown $10 out the window rather than buy this device because at least then I would not be frustrated with the thought that something so broken was contrived for consumers and deemed worthy enough to be put on market.

Not sure why some reviewers had so many difficulties, but I thought it was EASY to set up and use!! It works pretty much as advertised, but I do agree the alert needs to be LOUDER, please!! However, thanks for a cool, easy to use device!

It seems great, and the app only has a minor issue with the location, with it being a mile radius. However, the tagit can easily be connected but fails to make any sound what so ever. Hopefully they fix this problem for the future.

Although the app takes a little to get used to, the developers can get more people to rate this better if they made the app more user friendly. This product works as expected and is an adequate substitute for tile.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Device connects with phone but loses connection easily. Almost have to have direct site to be able to locate the device. Unable to get it to do the photo portion of the app. Not what I expected. Will be returning product for a refund.

Only works in foreground

Great concept, but it only works if the app is open and in the foreground. If you leave it open and switch to another app, it will not function at all. I'm pretty good at setting my phone down and then forgetting where I used it last. My screen times out in one minute, so even if I had left the app open in there foreground, it won't work. What good is the security code if you have to keep the screen on and the app open in the foreground? If I am busy trying to keep my screen on and the app running in the foreground, how will I lose my phone? I won't, until the phone does from keeping the screen active and the app running in the foreground, and then the phone will be dead and no phone finder will work.
