I’ve done HIIT before but it has been a few years. The fat burner is a butt kicker! The app itself is easy to use and allows you to listen to music while you work out... although it does automatically reduce the volume while you have the app open. I’m just using the free version and it’s perfect for me right now.

I never write reviews but this one deserves it! My friends and I started this journey together using this app and it has been challenging and rewarding. Easy to use and great workout combo! I recommend it!

I have downed this app on both android and apple platforms and it’s one of those apps I keep downloading whenever I change phones or coming back to when I want to add variety to my routine. Not only is it sleek, and simple to use and understand, but the exercises are actually fast paced and challenging. If you’re looking for a good workout to warm up and get your heart rate going, I highly recommend the cardio tibata option. No ads, no internet required, just a straightforward, challenging but short workout. Highly recommend.
