Because it is focused and short, I have no more excuses to not do it. I can pick it up at any point, even if I am done for the day, but feel I was negligent in the exercise dept. I can just do one or 2 areas and feel I am moving in the right direction. I definitely recommend this app, especially if you don’t want to go to the gym. Quick and efficient!

I love the variety of preprogrammed workouts that come with the app, and the ability to create my own. And one of the reasons I want to use it is for interval runs. Right now though, once you navigate away from the app, it stops. Also, I’d like the option of setting whether I want the voice prompts to be louder than my phone audio or not. Can you please fix that? Thanks
So long as you’re willing to discipline yourself to actually do this and work hard, you’ll get into better shape. Just set realistic results for yourself.
