Tried it out for 2 weeks and found myself losing weight. The app allowed me to start slow and increase my time. I enjoy the person doing the exercises so I can see what I got todo. Often when I work-out my mind is on work. The person doing the exercises is what what’s this app. It’s professional looking. Simple to use, lots of features, adjustable time and loads fast. I showed my nephew the app and he started using it and has lost 12 lbs. but he is a big ole boy so he can shed a lot of weight starting off. But the app guided him and has made it pretty simple for him. No gym membership just this app. Amazing. Good job to the creators. Nice app. Thanks Charles B

Things I would like to see to make it a 5 star app: -ability to take notes on workouts -see all completed workouts in one stream -add more exercises (planks, more push-up variations, more abs variations, etc) -ability to control volume of voice, and have it not lower personal music volume. -upload custom workout images Other than that, well worth the 1.99 to create custom tabatas with guided voice instructions ?
