SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features Touch ID and Face ID login options, in addition to a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Sync Mobile App, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online Banking credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, tap "First time user? Enroll now". After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

The previous version was less busy and I prefer. I am pretty certain anyone w UX did not help with this design. ???‍♀️

I agree to busy, I prefer simplicity for basic account information. I had to spend time learning how to navigate this update. My daughter and husband dislike this ap even more than me.

This newest update is absolutely terrible. My account info is never correct, it is very slow updating, and some transactions show 2-3 times which makes me think something went wrong. Please fix this!


Too much going on

Way too much going on in this app. I use an app for quick and efficient information and transactions. The older version was much simpler. Of course there are new features in the App, but all in all it's too complicated to get what you need without a bunch of "clicks."

Every time I try to open the app, I have to download it again! The new app is no longer simple. The older version was so much easier to navigate!

Seriously? Why would I want my access to this app to be connected to a code on my device? What was wrong with user name and password? The only reason I rated it one star is because it wouldn’t allow a no star rating. Change isn’t always good, Bank Independent!

The total amount in my account has fluctuated based on what transactions have and have not cleared. It used to subtract on every transaction regardless. I found that to be definitely more accurate. Please fix!


Can’t see

I now have to tap on each transaction to be able to see who it was to. Pain in the rear. Now all I see is Debit date numbers....No time to tap each one separate when I’m trying to find something.
