I enabled Face ID and it works fine to sign in. The problem occurs when I try to sign out: It will sign me out temporally but then it sees my face and signs me right back in. I have disabled Face ID on this app until they fix this. Otherwise app is OK.
What happened to bill pay? Every time I go to access it, it says we’ve encountered an error. Not impressed. Oh, and I agree that Touch ID rarely works.
I really like the Touch ID feature but if I don’t have good signal it doesn’t let me use my print and makes me put in my password. And when I want to turn the Touch ID back on I have to enter username and password again. Too much hassle please fix that.
Perfect for finding status of my accts., transferring funds, etc. However, alerts does not appear to function but is not necessary, can do that on my laptop when need arises.
I was hesitant about upgrading to this new version. I should have followed intuition because I did and 24 hours later I'm getting an error message. Guess they still have some bugs to work thru.
I would like to be able to view The business hours of The Bank Independent banks that are found using the locations button and it would also be nice if the phone number displayed was the local number for that exact location
This app takes too long to load account transactions and doesn't remember user name
This app works great on my husband's phone, but if it even logs in on mine - it will never show the account detail. I have tried deleting the app and adding it back, not sure what else to do.
I get a error message every time I try to look at my statements please fix we don't get paper statements anymore so I don't want to change banks just because of mobile banking thanks FYI when it works it's great
