My account balance is rarely correct. Sometimes takes 3-4 days to update balance. Not useful at all.

Can’t even see my accounts, stuck in an endless loop of needing to authenticate my account. Has been an issue for weeks now with no fix. They just keep telling me reset my password, but when I do it makes me do it over and over again. No pleased at all.

This is functional. Super slow. May not update correctly at night. Not very trustworthy to keep track of your transactions after hours or during the weekend.

This app was better before the recent updates. It's now more confusing than it was. Options I need for bill paying are not prominent enough, and easy to miss. Not sure why they took a perfectly good app, then made it worse.

After the last update I can no longer bill pay individuals through the app. I have children in college and this is how I send them money and my ex wife. They don’t even show up as an option anymore. The functionality still exists on the web site but it’s gone in the last version of the app.

App keeps closing out like 3 seconds after I open it. I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded it.

I enjoy Bank independent’s service to their customers. I made a deposit today and inquired about the bank having a notary public and they do and it is free to customers.

It’s slow I spent 20 dollars early and it had the same balance like 8 hours later it can really mess somebody up because they still tho k they have that balance

For a girl on the go this is a great app, especially when you receive a lot of checks for your business and you can just deposit them by just taking pictures.
