Manual sync works, historic and auto sync does not

Manually syncing works but the app does not automatically sync when auto sync is turned on, signed in, and left in the background. Historical sync imports body fat % as a 4 digit number (2,345) instead of importing correctly as a 2 digit whole number with a 2 place decimal (23.45).

Even though I have be autosync button turned on it does not autosync. I also have to reconnect my Fitbit to the app every few days. Very disappointing

It works as intended if u manually sync it. U have to delete apple data if ur phone tracks steps otherwise it doubles up. However, afterworking around those issues its pry one of the best sync app out there

Would not auto sync. Contacted support, they offered suggestions that I told them I had already tried in my original request. I did what tech support requested and it still did no work. They could not help. Requesting refund.
