Manual sync works, historic and auto sync does not – Sync for FitBit Health Review

Manually syncing works but the app does not automatically sync when auto sync is turned on, signed in, and left in the background. Historical sync imports body fat % as a 4 digit number (2,345) instead of importing correctly as a 2 digit whole number with a 2 place decimal (23.45).
