Doesn't autosync. Historical sync is buggy. Works sometimes, but doesn't work most times. When it does work only syncs part of your data. App is junk.

I was using Sync Solver before and it just wasn't doing enough for me. It couldn't sync HR, which is what I really wanted. I'm so glad this showed up as a similar app because this one is much easier to use and syncs everything I want between the Fitbit app and Apple Health. Very happy with my upgrade!
Does not connect to my Fitbit account.
Wanting it to work!!
When I try to connect to my Fitbit account and reopen FitSync I get and error identifying "Require Health Kit Access", but there is not a way to link within the app. When I go to iOS setting and attempt to allow access to Health Kit the FitSync app doesn't show up in the list. Wasted my money and time trying to get this to work.

Does not work to sync Fitbit data to Apple health. Just contacted app support to see if they can rectify the situation - review update pending.

Auto sync does not work. I wrote the developer(s) and they said that they would fix it in the next update, but it has been several weeks. Hopefully they address this soon. Very disappointing.

Why won't it sync with my health app??????? It says after first time it will auto sync. But it won't. Please help!

Absolute rubbish. The autosync feature (which is the only reason I got the app) doesn't work at all. I followed all the instructions to set it up and it says it's connected to my account and autosync is turned on. But it doesn't sync unless I open the app and push the 'sync now' button. What a waste of money. Very disappointed.

I love the way the app works the 1st time I sign in but every time I sign in to sync after that it won't sync and it won't auto sync to my phone the way it's supposed to. A bit annoying and frustrating that I have to re load the app often since it won't load and signs me out often
