I am subscribed to Frontier Communications and am using the SyFy app on the Apple TV (4th gen) and on an iPad Pro. When I attempt to watch the TV series Channel Zero on either device, it always takes me to the first episode. I can see all of the six episodes of season 1 listed in the menu, but regardless of which episode I select, it always plays episode 1, "Candle Cove" even when the Info screen says I am playing another episode. Since this is happening on different devices with different OS’s, I think the problem is on the SyFy end. I am able to watch all other SyFy TV series without any issue. I tried to submit this problem directly to SyFy through NBCUniversal’s TVE online service. I entered all of the information requested, hit submit and nothing happened, no response from the page at all. SyFy needs to get their digital act together.

For every 3 minutes that you watch something you’ve chosen you have to watch 15 minutes of commercials for other SYFY programs. It’s absolutely ridiculous. SYFY shows aren’t worth the extra time and/or the time wasted.

Found to be very functional and useful. Love it! Only suggestion is to work on pop up live TV schedule as it sometimes hangs if app is not restarted. Even that is no biggie.

Look I understand trying to make more money off of the app with ads, but to have multiple 2 minute commercials throughout the episodes is a bit ridiculous. You are already getting money from me through my tv provider. Call me on SYFY! This will make me use this app much less.

The programming is ok but the app is no good at watching several episodes in a row. I find myself having to close and reopen the app quite often to do it.

I use my iPhone to stream to Chromecast. I seriously wish your app had the ability to remember where I pause the video (because I'm falling asleep). I put it on again this morning, and it started at the beginning. There's no mechanism for me to pull the video to where I was yesterday, so I'm now waiting for it to advance all the way to yesterday's spot. Many other streaming apps offer these features. Get with the times, man!
