Doesn’t allow sign in

I have DirectTV. My phone knows I have DirectTV as I’m signed in to DirectTV on my phone. All other tv apps look at my TV provider setting and sign in that way. The developers of this app decided to use a low quality iframe sign in page that doesn’t work instead of checking the settings on my phone.

Can’t switch to other devices

How come this app can’t switch to other devices and u pick up where you left off on ,if I’m watching on my iPhone then want to switch to my roku tv r some other device I have to start the episode over honestly it’s the only thing wrong with this app

Stuck on the loading screen

I downloaded the app to watch the magicians and it will load the add but not the episode, i cant tell you how many times i watched the will and grace add to see if it would let me watch the episode. Every time is the same it plays the add but then once the add is over it displays the loading symbol, i left it on loading for over thirty minutes and it still never played a single second of the episode. I tried other shows as well and got similar results.

Can't get Closed Captions To Turn Off

App works great the only issue I'm having is that any show I watch the closed captions won't go away (whether the button be on or off for them) I can't figure out how to fix it

This is one of the more reliable streaming apps on the App Store. A lot of the network apps are pretty unreliable and constant issues with crashing I’ve never had an issue with this one!

Time, network, displayed over video

The app works as expected. There are too many ads but that's not the app's fault. The time, network strength, battery indicator, everything on the top border remains on the screen during videos. I haven't found a way to turn it off.

Sign up was a bit glitchy... by the time I got a web browser pointed at the activation page, the sign up screen times out! Had to try 3 times, kind of a stupid experience... but finally got authenticated. Unfortunately almost all the “shows” are actually 1-2 minute long clips. Useless. I thought I’d be able to watch shows like Van Helsing, 12 Monkeys, was even hoping Firefly might be here... nope. Other than a few currently-airing shows, everything else is just a clip or a teaser. “Hey look at all these great shows you can’t watch!! Psych!! Ppphht!”
