I love doing quick workouts, and love that I can just go here without having to think of a workout plan, they have everything I need. Love that they time it too. And the examples on how to do the exercise properly.
Good app but don't pay for it

The app is good but does not worth it to pay for it. The "personal trainers" never answer my questions.

The videos are clear and good - you know what you are supposed to do. The instructions are low key, nothing about it is annoying. And I even like the little reminders, even if they do come up when it's impossible to exercise - they keep me from forgetting the app. Even the ads come up after you exercise, so they aren't annoying either. Just bought the premium.

I loved this app it got my flabby belly six pact. My bat wings r gawn and I don't have to wear boots all year long because my kankles are gone!!! I love this app! It gives me a good workout and it is easy to understand. I like how they show you what your doing and how to do it during your workout. AWSOME!!!!! Keep up the good work!!
