Love this app. You can choose time and type of workout and once in it, can skip an exercise if you can't do it and you will get a new one instantly. Good tempo, great workout.


Good but limited; need exercises for elders

As an older person with bad knees, I can't get down on the floor. I can't do many of the workouts. It would help to include in settings age and starting activity levels. Then list exercises that aren't on the floor or require jumping

I love health and fitness, but I've never been able to afford a steady gym membership. I've tried dozens of Fitness app, but this app is truly phenomenal. Easy to use, great workouts, and you can even pick your own time which makes working out on a schedule so much easier. I highly recommend!

This app is amazing I love the easy workouts and the good thing Is you don't need a gym and you can pick how long you want to exercise and it can hurt but that's the responsibility your gonna face for doing exercise and I don't mind that.
