Waste of app space.

This is dumpster. Every time I open this app it loads for 5seconds and goes to a white screen. I have never been able to open it.

Sworkit is a fun and non critical way of getting back into the workout. Though some are challenging it is just enough to make you feel amazing when it congratulates you at the end!!!

Considero que es una gran app por que lo tiene todo, empezando con las distintas categorías de ejercicios, puedes elegir entre estiramientos y ejercicios aeróbicos, yoga y otros. Ver ejemplos de los estiramientos en video y acompañarlos con música además de guardar el histórico de tu actividad, no falta nada para tener una gran experiencia de entrenamiento, me encanta y ha cumplido todas mis expectativas.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled so many times but all I get is a blank screen after the initial sworkit screen. Useless

I love using this app for pre-workout stretching and warming up. It’s also great for when you want to get in movement on a busy day or when you aren’t feeling motivated. I totally recommend! ?

I’ve been using sworkit for years and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the app. I love how personal the workouts are to meet your goals, and how diverse the workouts are. I hope to use sworkit forever, I don’t think I’ll need another workout “helper” in my life! sworkit is just the best!! :)
