It’s apps like these that absolutely ruin the “Family Sharing” feature of iOS. After having already paid for it not once, but twice, my wife tried using it and couldn’t do anything without being asked to pay. I absolutely agree with the other one star reviews - you ask us to support devs and when we do, the company tells them to remove previously paid for features and CHARGE US USERS AGAIN. Horrible.

Super easy to use, accurate scans, hassle free way to fax, and all this while maximizing personal privacy and security. What’s not to like? I absolutely love this app!

Like mini OCR apps, it does not do well with columns. For example, after running and OCR on a screenshot of a document containing columns, text was pulled from for different reading areas on the page and jumbled together. The image was taken from a digital context, so it was as pristine as one could hope to process. I’m sure that the performance would only worsen when bringing images in through the camera.

The fax option, after i paid for it. Faxing to social security, said it was an invalid fax number. Went to local FedEx to fax for 3.75. The same invalid fax number x 2. How do it get my Fin money back.

It now works fine for scanning but emailed scans won’t print and when viewing the attachment it’s covered in thick dark lines and letters.

It’s great for scanning homework, but it will sometimes not read your own handwriting

Has an automatic scanner feature, or manual as needed. Helped get me out of a few jams. Worth the investment!
