Locked out of my Premium Subscription

Ever since the 12.7 update, I’m locked out of my Premium Subscription (good until Sept 2022) and can’t access my photos! My options are to upgrade (it says I’m already subscribed) or cancel (still can’t access photos) or downgrade (why would I do that?) I tried emailing regarding problem. No response. Tried “App Support” which takes me to another Photo Vault App. Downloaded that and would have to set up an account. Where can I get help?

This is the app I have been looking for! My needs were simple- just a photo vault to store pics, and it is simple and fast. I love it!!

Still amazed that this app still doesn’t allow folders within folders. You get to the point where 1000s of photos, divided into 100s of trips, moments, groups, etc. become far too long a list of folders to scroll through… alphabetize… group meaningfully. I wish you could drop existing folders into larger groupings. But it’s reliable, fast (only slow because the number of folders has ballooned), and super easy to use.
Great but still room for improvement

Great app I would not pay for a month submitted though do not want the cloud support or whatever. I am very happy paying once for app though. Ways to improve: - Add folders inside folders please! - Way to view pic metadata like name - If I import photos via wirless transfer why does file name change? - Multiple tabs in browser
