Locked out of my Premium Subscription – SV - Private Photo Vault PRO Review
Ever since the 12.7 update, I’m locked out of my Premium Subscription (good until Sept 2022) and can’t access my photos! My options are to upgrade (it says I’m already subscribed) or cancel (still can’t access photos) or downgrade (why would I do that?) I tried emailing regarding problem. No response. Tried “App Support” which takes me to another Photo Vault App. Downloaded that and would have to set up an account. Where can I get help?
